The challenge was to stand out in a market where experience voucher companies rely on breakage and generic offers that donโt engage younger audiences.

TimeOut is a global brand offering expert recommendations on events, dining, and local experiences in cities worldwide. Founded in 1968, it helps users discover new activities through its digital platforms. I was tasked with making crucial UI and UX improvements to their iPad app during its infancy.

Vivahouse is making flexible stays more accessible, offering shared luxury spaces and a community app that connects residents, while cleaning, WiFi, and on-site support ensure a seamless living experience. The challenge was to design a mobile app and print materials that clearly conveyed this vision, playing a key role in securing early-stage funding.

Lloyds TSB - Customer Experience Manager (perm role)
I was responsible for customer experience of Current Accounts online โ the Bankโs largest product holding. I would proactively identify customer pain points online, produce recommendations for improvement and then manage that work through the change process. Usability was optimised throughout the online experience and was delivered in-line with brand and tone of voice guidelines.

Midweight designer responsible for conceptual thinking, design and user experience for businesses such as Nakheel and Shell as well as various P&G clients.
I often worked on projects as a UI/UX design hybrid creating wireframes on paper and proceeding straight to design; cutting down turnaround time on projects.
